Before booking, please read the regulations.
Reception of the cottage on the day of arrival is from 15:00. Check-in on the last day of stay ends at 11:00.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the cottage, terrace, resulting from their fault or the fault of their guests. The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of water, electricity.
The tenant may not lend or sublet the summer house to other people. A larger number of people than previously agreed may stay in the summer house only with the consent of the Lessor, after payment has been made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Lessor, the arrival or stay of the Tenant is delayed or shortened (communication difficulties, personal reasons), a refund for the unused time is not due.
